Privacy Policy &
Data Governance

Last Operational Update: March 29, 2026. This document outlines how Archipelago Data Labs manages personal information within our analytics environment in Indonesia.

01. Operational Scope

Archipelago Data Labs operates at the intersection of high-signal market research and digital infrastructure. In the course of providing our analytics services, we act as both a Data Controller (for our direct client interactions) and occasionally as a Data Processor (when handling third-party signals on behalf of our enterprise partners).

We prioritize the "Principle of Least Privilege," ensuring that personal data is only accessed by lab personnel whose roles strictly require it to generate the insights you rely on.

02. Information Intake

We collect data through defined channels to ensure integrity and lawfulness:

Active Submission

Information you provide via contact forms, project briefs, or consultation requests, including names, business email addresses, and phone numbers.

Passive Telemetry

Automated collection of IP addresses, device identifiers, and session duration to optimize our lab's digital delivery performance.

03. Processing & Use Case

Data processed within our data labs is primarily used to:

  • Execute contractual obligations regarding market research and digital solution delivery.
  • Enhance the accuracy of our Indonesian consumer behavioral models through pseudonymized dataset training.
